Turnstiles

Run a reusable sequence of prompts and conversation actions.

A Turnstile runs a sequence in a conversation. Use one for a repeatable workflow, such as drafting an answer, reviewing it, and revising it.

Create a sequence

  1. Open Turnstiles and create a new Turnstile.
  2. Name it and add a prompt entry.
  3. Add more entries in the order you want them to run.
  4. Review the model and persona choices, then Save.
  5. Select the Turnstile from the conversation's Turnstiles control and start it.

Begin with a short sequence and inspect the results before adding more steps.

Available actions

Alongside prompt entries, you can insert Continue, Regenerate, persona entries, and context-shield actions. Drag entries to reorder them.

For a controlled workflow, use:

  • Conditional entries to react to matching user, assistant, or variable text.
  • Loop entries to repeat a section with an iteration limit or exit condition.
  • Checkpoint entries to pause for review or collect variable values.

At a checkpoint, review the instructions and variable values. Continue, skip entries, jump to a label, or abort the run using the offered controls.
