Build a toolset

A toolset groups connected MCP servers and the tools you want to make available together.

Create one

1. Add and test your servers under Tools.
2. In Toolbox, select Toolsets, then Add New Toolset.
3. Enter a name and optional notes.
4. Select the tools to include. Configure their available features and required values where offered.
5. Save the toolset.

Select the toolset from a conversation's toolsets control. Toolsets can also be assigned to personas and projects for repeated use.

Keep toolsets focused

Create a small toolset for each task rather than enabling every connected server. For example, a writing workflow might need a document toolset, while a coding workflow needs different capabilities.

Toolbox provides import actions for clipboard content, files, and default items. Review imported configurations and test their connections before using them.
